Humanity has spent innumerable amounts of money, resources and lives developing the science and technology of WAR. In comparison, we have spent very little developing a science and technology of Peace. Consequently, we are a lot better at building Bombs than buiding Peace. The time has come for scientists to apply their brain power to developing a unified theory of peace!
